Our approach is guided by instinct and an editorial eye. We document what’s real, but doing so with grace and intention. Less about perfection, more about presence.
The Founder
Before 12.8.2 was a studio, it was just me — a graphic designer with eye for detail and a deep love for storytelling. My background in design taught me how to communicate emotion without saying a word. That instinct naturally evolved into capturing weddings — not as a filmmaker or photographer, but as a curator of moments.
I became one of the very first wedding content creators in Portugal. What started with a phone in hand and an obsession with visual aesthetic quickly grew into something bigger.
In 2024,
I broke my knee … — and as strange as it sounds, that fracture became the turning point. Slowing down made space for reflection, and I realised: this was never just about me. It was about building something sustainable, something intentional. A studio rooted in creative direction, collaboration, and storytelling with heart.

I create the vision, set the tone, and make sure every story we tell under 12.8.2 carries the same quiet elegance and editorial strength.
